This character is the new relative to the powerpuff girls in which she mostly resembles Bubbles.

Characteristics: Brownish, Blond hair, hearts, purple her colour is especially her eyes
POWERS: Cold and Hot fire (Blue and Red) This emhasises on what mood she is in, plus has the ability to control the weather
Personality: Loves drawing, intelligent, shy, determined, independent, strong minded, a little sensitive, loves animals, cute, full of love.
